EXPANDED VERSION
The Expanded Version of the MBA Inventory includes a number of new items which provide a deeper look at your results:

There are seven unique versions of the Expanded MBA Inventory; one for most general work settings, and specific versions developed for six unique work settings. Click on any icon (at the bottom of this page) to obtain more information and to order codes to take the inventory.

BASIC VERSION
The Basic version of the MBA Inventory is a brief / direct version applicable to virtually all work settings. This interactive online assessment creates an individualized report identifying an individual’s Primary and Secondary Languages of appreciation, and their Least Valued Language of appreciation. Additionally, they obtain a list of specific action items from their Primary Language of appreciation they have chosen and from whom they prefer to receive those actions.
The Basic version is available in the following languages:
- Spanish
- French
- Danish
- Turkish
- Portuguese
- Thai
- Chinese - Madarin
The user will choose their language preference when they register for the inventory.
